It’s horrible that there are more entities of abuse and misinformation than there are of actual places of medical care.
Crisis pregnancy centers often pose as abortion clinics, complete with white-coated (though medically untrained) staff, in order to trick people seeking legitimate clinics. Once inside, people are faced with anti-abortion propaganda, medical misinformation, guilt trips, delay tactics to make them miss their appointment, and worse.
